ACT NO. 1292
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PROVINCIAL BOARD OF CEBU TO MAKE A LOAN OF FIVE HUNDRED PESOS FROM PROVINCIAL FUNDS TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF ASTURIAS, IN THAT PROVINCE, FOR THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS CAUSED BY FIRE AND THE MARAUDS OF BANDITS
SECTION 1. The provincial board of Cebu is hereby authorized to loan from provincial funds the sum of five hundred pesos to the municipality of Asturias, in the Province of Cebu, to be used for the purpose of relieving distress in said municipality caused by fire and by the marauds of bandits, and to be repaid to the provincial treasury, without interest, on or before January first, nineteen hundred and six.
SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
