COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 295
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF DAVAO TO PAY THE SALARIES OF MAYOR SANTIAGO ARTIAGA AND CITY TREASURER JOSE ELAYDA
SECTION 1. The City of Davao is hereby authorized to pay Santiago Artiaga, City Mayor, the sum of eight hundred twenty-two pesos and fifty-nine centavos, corresponding to his salary from January twelve, to February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven; and also to Jose Elayda, City Treasurer, the sum of four hundred and fifty pesos, corresponding to his salary from January sixteen, to February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 9, 1938.
