ACT NO. 3122
AN ACT AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPANIES OF CONSTABULARY, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred eighty-eight thousand fifty-two pesos, Philippine currency, is hereby appropriated out of such funds in the Insular Treasury as are not otherwise appropriated to finance the organization and maintenance for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twenty-four of additional forces of Constabulary, as follows:

SECTION 2. The sum of not to exceed seventeen thousand eight hundred eight pesos to cover salaries and wages, subsistence and clothing allowances and traveling expenses of the officers and men herein authorized for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twenty-three is hereby appropriated and the sums appropriated for "initial clothing allowance," and "equipment" are hereby made available at once.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
