ACT NO. 2365
AN ACT AUTHORIZING A READJUSTMENT OF LEAVE EARNED BY FRANK W. CARPENTER DURING HIS SERVICE AS EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. A readjustment of the leave granted in nineteen hundred and ten to Frank W. Carpenter, for the purpose of allowing the payment of that part of the half pay travel time voluntarily relinquished by him in that year, is hereby authorized. AScHCD
SECTION 2. The refund of the money received by Frank W. Carpenter in commutation of accrued leave, half salary, and transportation to the United States earned by him during his service as Executive Secretary required under the provisions of section twenty-seven of Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-eight by reason of his appointment as Governor of the Moro Province, is hereby expressly waived, the provisions of said section twenty-seven of Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-eight to the contrary notwithstanding.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
