ACT NO. 2312
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THAT PART OF THE NAGUILIAN-BAGUIO ROAD, INCLUDING BRIDGES AND CULVERTS, LYING WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE FOR THE NEW FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE BENGUET ROAD FROM CAMP ONE TO BAGUIO INCLUDING BRIDGES AND CULVERTS, FOR THE NEW FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise, appropriated, to be expended under the direction of the Director of Public Works for the construction and reconstruction of that part of the Naguilian-Baguio Road, including bridges and culverts, lying within the Mountain Province, for the new fiscal year nineteen hundred and fourteen.
SECTION 2. The sum of thirty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended under the direction of the Director of Public Works for the maintenance and repair of the Benguet Road from Camp One to Baguio, including bridges and culverts, for the new fiscal year nineteen hundred and fourteen.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
