An Act Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Philippine Currency for Public Schools
Act No. 2288, enacted on October 31, 1913, appropriates 175,000 pesos from the Insular Treasury for the support of public schools under the control of the Philippine Legislature. ACT NO. 2288
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS PHILIPPINE CURRENCY FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred and seventy-five thousand pesos Philippine currency is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the support of public schools in the provinces subject to the control of the Philippine Legislature.
SECTION 2. Any sum left over from the funds appropriated by this Act at the close of the present fiscal year shall be turned into the Insular Treasury and accrue to the general fund.
