ACT NO. 2196
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS, PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, OUT OF ANY FUNDS IN THE INSULAR TREASURY NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, FOR THE EXTERMINATION OF LOCUSTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-ONE HUNDRED AND HUNDRED AND TWENTY-ONE
SECTION 1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos, Philippine currency, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the extermination of locusts in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-one hundred and twenty-one hundred and twenty-one.
SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the same shall take effect on its passage, in accordance with section one of Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and forty-five of the Philippine Legislature.
