Act No. 2480, enacted on February 5, 1915, appropriates fifteen thousand pesos from the Insular Treasury to establish, equip, and maintain an agricultural school in Isabela under the Bureau of Education. The funds will also cover the salary of a qualified agricultural teacher for the institution. The administration of the school will be at the discretion of the superintendent of schools. This Act took effect immediately upon its passage.

ACT NO. 2480
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS, OUT OF ANY FUNDS IN THE INSULAR TREASURY NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, EQUIPMENT, AND MAINTENANCE OF AN AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN ISABELA, UNDER THE BUREAU OF EDUCATION
SECTION 1. The sum of fifteen thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to establish, equip, maintain, and operate in the Province of Isabela an agricultural school for the theoretical and practical instruction of the pupils, in the discretion and under the administration of the superintendent of schools. DACcIH
SECTION 2. A portion of the funds appropriated by this Act shall be set aside for the salary of an agricultural teacher properly equipped for this branch of education and assigned to said school.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
