ACT NO. 297
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS IN BAGUIO, BENGUET, FOR THE USE OF THE INSULAR GOVERNMENT AND OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF BENGUET
SECTION 1. The sum of eleven thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of two houses and eighty acres of land at Baguio, in the Province of Benguet, for the use of the Insular Government and of the provincial government of Benguet.
SECTION 2. These funds shall be disbursed by the disbursing officer of the United States Philippine Commission.
SECTION 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
