An Act Amending Paragraph Two of Section Three Hundred and Thirteen of Act Numbered One Hundred and Ninety, Entitled "An Act Providing A Code of Procedure in Civil Actions and Special Proceedings in The Philippine Islands," By Making The Signed Copy Conclusive Proof of Acts of The Philippine Commission and The Philippine Legislature
Act No. 2210, enacted on February 3, 1913, amends a provision of the Philippine Civil Procedure Code to establish that signed copies of acts from the Philippine Commission and the Philippine Legislature serve as conclusive proof of their enactment. This amendment specifies that the proceedings from these bodies can be verified through their journals, published statutes, or certified copies. Additionally, it allows for the validation of prior legislative actions from the Spanish government through public documents or recognized copies. The law aims to streamline the proof of legislative acts within the Philippine legal framework.
