ACT NO. 2180
AN ACT AMENDING ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN, BY CHANGING THE TIMES AND PLACES OF HOLDING COURT IN THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
SECTION 1. That portion of section seven of Act Numbered Eight hundred and sixty-seven, entitled "An Act amending organization of courts," which provides for the timed and places of holding regular terms of the Court of First Instance in the Fourteenth Judicial District is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
"FOURTEENTH DISTRICT
"At Zamboanga, in and for the district of Zamboanga of the Moro Province, excluding the subdistrict of Dapitan, commencing on the first Tuesdays of January and July of each year.
"At Cotabato, in and for the district of Cotabato, commencing on the first Tuesdays of February and August of each year.
"At Davao, in and for the district of Davao, commencing on the first Tuesdays of March and September of each year.
"At Jolo, in and for the Jolo District, commencing on the first Tuesdays of April and October of each year."
SECTION 2. That portion of section twenty-seven of said Act Numbered Eight hundred and sixty-seven which provides for one deputy clerk for the court at Bongao is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and twelve.
