Amungan National High School in Barangay Amungan, Iba, Zambales
Republic Act No. 8938, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Amungan National High School in Barangay Amungan, Municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, which is also tasked with issuing necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following the law's enactment and in subsequent years. This Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 2001.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8938
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY AMUNGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF IBA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES TO BE KNOWN AS THE AMUNGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Amungan, Municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales to be known as the Amungan National High School. TaEIAS
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SHADEC
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
