Amendments to Title Four, Book One of the Revised Penal Code

Act No. 4116, approved on December 7, 1933, amends specific headings within Title Four of Book One of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines. It removes references to civil liability resulting from crime and eliminates the heading for "Extinction of criminal liability." ACT NO. 4116

AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN HEADINGS OF TITLE FOUR, BOOK ONE, OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE

SECTION 1. In the headings of Title Four of Book One of the Revised Penal Code, strike out the words "and of civil liability resulting from crime"; strike out also the words "Chapter One — Extinction of criminal liability"; and amend the words "Section One" and "Section Two" to read, respectively, "Chapter One" and "Chapter Two". cDCEIA

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
