Amendments to LOI No. 1006 (April 14, 1980)
On July 5, 1980, President Ferdinand E. Marcos issued Letter of Instructions No. 1041, amending a previous directive (Letter of Instructions No. 1006) regarding the construction of an Integrated Sports Complex. This amendment specified that the complex would be built on the Reclamation Area along Roxas Boulevard in Manila. The instructions took effect immediately upon issuance.

LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1041
AMENDING LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1006
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Letter of Instructions No. 1006 dated April 14, 1980, by directing and ordering that the Integrated Sports Complex therein provided shall be constructed on the Reclamation Area along Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
This Letter of Instructions shall take effect immediately. cd i
DONE in the City of Manila, this 5th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty.
