ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 375
AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 351 CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE ON TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT AND MANAGEMENT
I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Administrative Order No. 351 dated 31 August 1997, and order the following:
SECTION 1. Section 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:

The Chairman is hereby vested with full executive authority within the law to rationalize and facilitate the effective and efficient movement and management of people and goods along highways nationwide, particularly in Metro Manila and other urban centers.
SECTION 2. This Order shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Eight.
