Amendments to Act No. 2711 (Revised Administrative Code)
Act No. 3681, approved on October 16, 1930, amends specific sections of the Administrative Code regarding the registration of dental surgeons in the Philippines. It exempts dental surgeons from the U.S. Army or Navy, as well as foreign dental surgeons called for consultation, from registration requirements. The amendments also stipulate that candidates for dental registration must demonstrate good moral character and must be at least 21 years old to receive a certificate of registration. Additionally, the act repeals any conflicting provisions and takes effect upon approval.
