AN ACT AMENDING ITEM FIFTY-ONE, PAGE SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX, SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED
SECTION 1. Item fifty-one, page seven hundred eighty-six, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
