Amendment to R.A. No. 1845 (Grant of Temporary Permit to Tagum Agricultural Devt. Co., Inc.)
Republic Act No. 3203, approved on June 17, 1961, amends Republic Act No. 1845, which granted the Tagum Agricultural Development Company, Inc. a temporary permit to operate private radio stations in the Philippines. Specifically, this Act repeals Section 6 of the original law. The amendment is effective immediately upon approval. The law was published in the Official Gazette on February 5, 1962.

AN ACT TO AMEND REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT GRANTING THE TAGUM AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE PRIVATE FIXED POINT-TO-POINT AND LAND-BASED RADIO STATIONS FOR THE RECEPTION AND TRANSMISSION OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES"
SECTION 1. Section six of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred forty-five is hereby repealed. casia
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
