Amendment to RA No. 1411 (The Public Works Appropriations Act of 1956)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1531

AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN, ENTITLED, "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS"

SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven is hereby amended on the following particulars:

(a) On page 103, Subdivision II:

"(a)	Asphalt paving of the following
	streets, Municipality of Bayawan,
	Negros Oriental: Buenavista Street
	from Zamora Street to Mabini
	Street; Mabini Street from Progreso
	Street to Burgos Street; Burgos
	Street from Mabini Street to
	General Luna Street; General
	Luna Street from Burgos Street
	to Nueva Street; Independence
	Street from Provincial Road
	to Nueva Street; La Libertad
	Street from Provincial Road to
	Rizal Street; Martirez Street from
	Provincial Road to Progreso
	Street; Progreso Street from
	General Luna Street to Martirez
	Street; Rizal Street from General
	Luna Street to La Libertad Street;
	Nueva Street from General Luna
	Street to Independence Street	P15,000.00"

(b) On page 541:

(c) On page 168-A, Appendix A, Item B-362.14, the words under Column, "name and location of project," be changed to read as follows:

"B-362.14 Arellano Street, leading to cemetery, Zamboanguita repair and improvement."

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
