AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 532 DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1995 BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY CAWAG, MUNICIPALITY OF SUBIC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, ISLAND OF LUZON, WITH AN AREA OF ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY (1,756,920) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, FROM THE COVERAGE OF THE SUBIC SPECIAL ECONOMIC AND FREEPORT ZONE AND DECLARING THE SAME AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE FOR NON-AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES AND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTIPLE USE ZONE OR A GREEN ECO-VILLAGE, FOR DISPOSITION UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 532 dated February 1, 1995, which delineated the metes and bounds of the Subic Special Economic and Freeport Zone, by excluding a portion of land with an aggregate area of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty (1,756,920) square meters, more or less, situated at Barangay Cawag, Municipality of Subic, Province of Zambales, Island of Luzon, from its coverage, and declaring the same as alienable and disposable for non-agricultural purposes and for the development of a multiple use zone or a green eco-village, for disposition under the administration of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, subject to valid, prior and existing rights, if any there be, and to final survey, and more particularly described as follows: aECSHI
