FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1049 DATED JULY 20, 1972
Proclamation No. 1049 dated July 20, 1972, as amended by Proclamation No. 1054 dated August 1, 1972, entitled "AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND IN HIS BEHALF THE RESPECTIVE PROVINCIAL COMMANDERS IN BULACAN, PAMPANGA, TARLAC, NUEVA ECIJA, PANGASINAN AND BATAAN TO REQUISITION AND THEREUPON IMMEDIATELY DISTRIBUTE SUCH NECESSARY PRIVATE SUPPLIES OF FOODSTUFFS AS ARE NEEDED FOR THE SURVIVAL OF FLOOD VICTIMS IN THESE PROVINCES", is hereby further amended so as to include fuel, (all kinds such as gas, kerosene, banker, crude, etc.,) and oil among the items that may be requisitioned in the areas mentioned in the said proclamation. cd
