MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 147

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 68, S. 2004, REGARDING COMPLETE STAFF WORK (CSW) AS MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR REQUESTS FOR PRESIDENTIAL ISSUANCES AND/OR APPROVALS FOR HOUSING PROJECTS

TO : All Department Secretaries, Heads of Agencies, Bureaus and Offices

In the interest of further expediting the processing of projects relative to housing, requests for Presidential Issuances and/or approvals, such as executive orders, proclamations, administrative orders, memorandum orders, memorandum circulars and similar directives, item no. 4 of Memorandum Circular No. 68, s. 2004, is hereby amended to read as follows: aTHCSE

"4. Coordination with Agencies — A statement that the necessary coordination or consultation were made with the agencies involved or affected, attaching copies of their comments/recommendation thereon, duly signed by the Department Secretaries or Heads of Agencies concerned or any of their designated/authorized representatives."

All memorandum circulars and executive issuances or portions thereof that are inconsistent with this Memorandum Circular are hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately. SAcaDE/
