REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1809
AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION SIX OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF TAGAYTAY
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section six of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred thirty-eight, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Tagaytay, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred six, is further amended to read as follows:
"The Mayor shall receive a compensation of six thousand pesos per annum. The city secretary shall receive a compensation of three thousand pesos per annum. The members of the city council, including the vice-mayor, shall each receive a per diem of twenty pesos for each day of attendance at the session of the city council."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
