ACT NO. 3867
AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE SIX OF CHAPTER FORTY OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION FOURTEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-EIGHT-A, IMPOSING A TAX ON SACCHARINE
SECTION 1. Article six of Chapter forty of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended by inserting a new section, to be known as section fourteen hundred and ninety-eight-A, which shall read as follows:
"SEC. 1498-A. Tax on saccharine. — On saccharine there shall be collected a tax of sixty pesos per kilogram."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
