REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1459
AN ACT AMENDING ITEM THREE AND REPEALING ITEM FOUR, GROUP III, SUBSECTION aa FOR THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN
SECTION 1. Item three, Group III, subsection aa for the Province of Leyte, section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows: cd i
"3. Pintuyan Old School Building — Reconstruction P15,000.00"
SECTION 2. Item four, Group III, subsection aa for the Province of Leyte, section three of the same Act, is repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
