PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 908
AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE
I, FERDINAND E, MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree:
SECTION 1. Heading Nos. 32.05, 32.06 and 32.07, Chapter 32 of the Revised Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended, are hereby further amended to read as follows:

SECTION 4. Heading No. 59.01, Chapter 59 of the Revised Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 34, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

SECTION 6. This Decree shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six.
