Amending Section 2 of Administrative Order No. 121, s. 1973
DOJ Administrative Order No. 121-A, issued on August 28, 1974, amends Section 2 of the original Administrative Order No. 121 from July 25, 1973, which established rules for implementing Presidential Decree No. 242. The amendment specifies that after a petitioner serves copies of the petition and enclosures to the involved parties, they must file the petition with the appropriate adjudicatory office along with proof of service. This order is effective immediately upon issuance.

AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 121 DATED JULY 25, 1973 OF THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF JUSTICE (RULES IMPLEMENTING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 242)
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Administrative Order No. 121, dated July 25, 1973 of the Office of the Secretary of Justice, prescribing the rules for the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 242, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 2. After the petitioner has served upon the other party or parties, personally or by registered mail, a copy or copies of the petition and all enclosures, the petitioner shall file with the proper adjudicatory office the petition together with proof of service of the same."
SECTION 2. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
