Amending Commonwealth Act Numbered Four Hundred and Sixty-Nine

COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 611

AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR PUBLIC WORKS", AS AMENDED

SECTION 1. The following items of appropriation under section two, subsection A, paragraph (a), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine, are amended so as to read as follows:

 

"BULACAN
"20.	For the Angat municipal building	P10,000.00
"CAGAYAN
"26.	For a home economics building in
	Dugo, Camalaniugan	3,000.00
"LANAO
"5a.	For the Maranding barrio school, Kolambugan	1,000.00
"5b.	For additional rooms for the Liangan
	barrio school, Kolambugan	1,000.00
"6a.	For laying down of streets in the
	municipality of Iligan	4,000.00
"9.	For the artesian wells in Camps I, II,
	and III, Tubud, Kolambugan	2,000.00
"10.	For the artesian wells in Kawit, Iligan	1,000.00
"12.	For the Boru-an artesian well, Iligan	1,000.00
"MARINDUQUE
"30.	For the Mansabang River dyke, Boac	1,500.00
"MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
"7.	For the Home Economics Building,

"7a.	For the repair and reconstruction of

SECTION 2. Item 43 under Ilocos Norte in section two, subsection A, paragraph (a), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and sixty-four, is further amended so as to read as follows:

"43.	For drilling an artesian well at barrio
	Mandaloque, municipality of Dingras	700.00
"43a.	For an artesian well, Lumbad, Dingras	600.00

SECTION 3. Item 40 under Laguna in section two, subsection A, paragraph (a), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and sixty-four, is further amended so as to read as follows:

"40.	For the San Bartolome Elementary
	School, San Pablo	2,500.00

SECTION 4. Item 54 under Ilocos Sur in section two, subsection A, paragraph (a), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and eight, is further amended so as to read as follows:

"54.

For two artesian wells in Poblacion, Tagudin

1,000.00

SECTION 5. The following items of appropriation in section two, subsection A, paragraph (a), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine are suppressed:

Items 13, 14, 17, 23, 27, 28, and 29 under Lanao.

SECTION 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, August 29, 1940, with the exception of the following items: Section 1: Bulacan, item 20; Cagayan, item 26; Marinduque, item 30. Section 4: Ilocos Sur, item 54.
