In the effort of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to provide care and protective services to individuals who need special care specially those in their residential facilities, the said government agency is requesting that the DSWD-NCR Field Office be furnished with copies of all court orders addressed to its center/institutions concerning their clients. Henceforth, you are DIRECTED to furnish the DSWD-NCR Field Office with court orders addressed to their center/institution at the following address:
