Republic Act No. 8333, enacted on July 5, 1997, establishes the Alicia Vocational School in the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8333

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALICIA, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ALICIA VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a vocational high school in the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela, to be known as the Alicia Vocational School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
