ACT NO. 3273
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS TO AID INDIGENT SUFFERERS IN THE PROVINCES OF BATANGAS, TAYABAS, LAGUNA, AND CAVITE FROM THE RECENT TYPHOON
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise set aside, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos for the relief of indigent sufferers in the Provinces of Batangas, Tayabas, Laguna, and Cavite from the typhoon which occurred on November sixth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six.
SECTION 2. The sum above appropriated shall be disbursed by the Secretary of the Interior, with the approval of the Governor-General, in the manner deemed most convenient.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, November 12, 1926.
