TO OUR CLIENTS, PARTNER LENDING INSTITUTIONS, SUPPLIERS AND THE PUBLIC

Pursuant to Memorandum Circulars by the Office of the President of the Philippines and other government guidelines/issuances on the Enhanced Community Quarantine, as directed under Presidential Proclamation Nos. 922 and 929, s. 2020, this is to advise that the offices of PHILGUARANTEE continue to observe its service delivery thrusts via Work from Home, beginning March 16 to April 12, 2020.

As part of its immediate response, PHILGUARANTEE assistance is hereby extended through the following:

1.) Waiver of all housing program-related penalties from March 16 to May 31, 2020;

2.) Lifting of 30-day period to file housing claims between March 16 to May 31, 2020;

3.) Two-month moratorium on monthly amortization payments for HGC-related Housing, Long and Short-Term Rentals and those covered under Joint Venture Agreements (JVAs);

4.) Grant of 60-day extension period to all AGFP Guarantee Lines expiring between March 16 and April 30, 2020, as well as a 30-day extension to AGFP guarantee claims with maturities between March 16 and April 15, 2020.
