Administrative Circular No. 1 (January 28, 1988) Re: Effective Docket Control
On July 5, 1988, the Supreme Court issued Administrative Circular No. 1-A-88, amending previous guidelines concerning the inventory of cases for various courts in the Philippines. The amendment requires that all dates set for hearings be recorded in the inventory, rather than just the last hearing date, with the actual hearing date circled. Additionally, the deadline for submitting this inventory has been extended to August 5, 1988. This aims to enhance effective docket control across the judicial system.
