LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 916
TO : The Minister of Labor
I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and existing laws, do hereby issue the following instructions:
In the case of contracts for security, janitorial and similar services with at least eighty (80) per cent labor content, adjustments in mandatory emergency living allowances provided for under Presidential Decree No. 1634 shall be borne by the principal.
