ACT NO. 33
AN ACT ABOLISHING THE OFFICE OF THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT AT EVERY PORT IN THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS, EXCEPT MANILA, AND TRANSFERRING THE DUTIES OF SUCH OFFICE TO THE PROPER COLLECTOR OR INSPECTOR OF CUSTOMS
SECTION 1. The office of the captain of the port at every port in the Philippine Islands, except Manila, is hereby abolished.
SECTION 2. The duties now performed by the captain of the port at every port of the Philippine Islands, except Manila, shall be performed at each port of entry by the collector of customs thereof, and at each of the other equipped ports of the Islands by the inspector of customs thereof.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. SDTIaE
