REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8969
AN ACT DECLARING THE THIRD (3RD) FRIDAY OF AUGUST OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR THE CITY OF DAVAO
SECTION 1. The third (3rd) Friday of the month of August of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday for the City of Davao. cCHITA
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
