Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated March 18, 2008
"A.M. No. 08-3-03-SC. — Re: Request of CD Asia for Permission to Photocopy on a Regular Basis Supreme Court Issuances. The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Chief Attorney, to: caCSDT
(a) GRANT the request of CD Technologies Asia, Inc. to photocopy Supreme Court issuances for inclusion in its Laws (Philippine Edition) title of the Lex Libris series, provided that the pertinent conditions embodied in the amended resolution of July 20, 2004 in A.M. No. 04-7-06-SC (Re: Conditions on the Commercial Exploitation of Supreme Court Decisions) are strictly enforced and complied with; and
(b) REQUIRE Atty. Edna E. Diño, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Attorney, to draft a Memorandum of Agreement with CD Asia that shall expressly include the conditions imposed by the said resolution for the "commercial exploitation" of Court issuances, the details of the implementation of the agreement, and other matters that may be necessary for the purpose, with the interest of the Court as primordial consideration."
