NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated15 March 2021which reads as follows:
"OCA IPI No. 20-3100-MTJ (Jose N. Zialcita vs. Presiding Judge Zenaida N. Bragais, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Br. 3, Naga City, Camarines Sur). — The Court NOTES the complaint 1 dated January 30, 2020 of Jose N. Zialcita, charging Presiding Judge Zenaida N. Bragais, Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), Br. 3, Naga City, Camarines Sur with grave misconduct and gross neglect of duty relative to Crim. Case Nos. 131474 and 131475 entitled, 'People of the Philippines v. Antonio Tan,' for violation of R.A. No. 9994 2 (Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010).
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in the Report 3 dated July 15, 2020. Accordingly, the administrative complaint dated January 30, 2020, against Presiding Judge Zenaida N. Bragais of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities of Naga City, Camarines Sur, Branch 3 is hereby DISMISSED for raising issues which are judicial in nature and for lack of merit.
