Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 19, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 244625 (Veronica D. Yumol v. Calin Ignacio Martin, Catalina Ignacio Martin and NTT Fellow Company, Inc.). — After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure of petitioner to show any reversible error in the assailed ruling. The Court of Appeals correctly held that the Regional Trial Court committed no grave abuse of discretion in dismissing petitioner's complaint because of her failure to appear during the date of the presentation of her evidence in chief for no justifiable reason.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition is DENIED. The Resolutions dated August 15, 2018 and January 28, 2019 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 155388 are hereby AFFIRMED.
