Rose Beatrix Cruz-Angeles). — The May 3, 2018 Notice of Resolution 2 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Board of Governors (Board) is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached June 7, 2016 Report and Recommendation, 3 approved by the Board, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation and resolves to DISMISS the case against Atty. Rose Beatrix Cruz-Angeles.
