NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 20, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 243365 (West Point Industrial Sales Co., Inc., represented by Victor Chan v. Abdon Iglesia, doing business under the name Caglago Refrigeration and Airconditioning Services) — The petitioner's motion for an extension of thirty (30) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED, counted from the expiration of the reglementary period.
After review of the records, the Court resolves to DENY the petition due to the following reasons: (1) failure to accompany the petition with clearly legible duplicates of the original or certified true copies of the assailed decisions of the courts a quo certified by their respective clerks of court, and the requisite number of plain copies thereof, and such material portions of the records as would support the petition, as required by Sections 4 (d) and 5 of Rule 45, in relation to Section 5 (d) of Rule 56 of the Rules of Court; and (2) failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in its July 10, 2018 Decision 1 and November 14, 2018 Resolution, 2 as to warrant the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the July 10, 2018 Decision and November 14, 2018 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 109825 are AFFIRMED.
