NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 24, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 245267 (Margarito G. Villajin v. LNC 3 Asset Management, Inc.). — The motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari filed by petitioner is GRANTED.
After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed reversible error in granting the petition. As correctly ruled by the CA, petitioner cannot move to cancel respondent's titles by the expediency of moving for a nunc pro tunc order. Such remedy is a collateral attack on respondent's titles, which is prohibited by law.
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated May 18, 2018 and Resolution dated January 31, 2019 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 150187 are hereby AFFIRMED. HTcADC
