The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors' Notice of Resolution No. XXII-2017-862 1 dated March 1, 2017 and its Extended Resolution 2 dated February 2, 2018. Accordingly, the instant administrative complaint against respondents Atty. Anna Rosario V. Paner, Atty. Emmanuel S. Ypil, Atty. Brian Keith F. Hosaka, and Atty. Arnel P. Kho is hereby DISMISSED.
