Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJanuary 13, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10810 (Atty. Marjorie Ann S. Tio-Manikan v. Atty. Rodolfo N. Legaspi II) — In its December 19, 2017 Report and Recommendation, 1 the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Commission on Integrity and Bar Discipline (CIBD) found that complainant Atty. Marjorie Ann S. Tio-Manikan failed to present substantial evidence to support the administrative charges against respondent, Atty. Rodolfo N. Legaspi II. Thus, considering that the findings of fact and the recommendation of the IBP-CIBD are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS the attached Report and Recommendation of the IBP and resolves to DISMISS the case against Atty. Rodolfo N. Legaspi II. HTcADC
