Ricafort). — The Notice of Resolution in CBD No. 14-4343 dated August 26, 2016 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are duly supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS the recommendation to dismiss the Complaint for lack of merit. ACCORDINGLY, the complaint against respondent Atty. Federico D. Ricafort is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
The Court further resolves to DECLARE this case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
