SECOND DIVISION
[G.R. No. 240473. November 7, 2018.]
HELEN TORRES TEODOSIO, petitioner,vs. CADILAC SHIRT MANUFACTURING CORP. AND JULIUS CAESAR TAN, respondents.
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 07 November 2018 which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 240473 — Helen Torres Teodosio versus Cadilac Shirt Manufacturing Corp. and Julius Caesar Tan
The Court resolves to DENY the Petition and AFFIRM the Court of Appeals' (CA) Decision 1 dated September 14, 2017 and Resolution 2 dated May 23, 2018 in CA-G.R. SP No. 149339 for failure of petitioner to sufficiently show that the CA committed any reversible error in the challenged Decision and Resolution as to warrant the exercise of this Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction.
After a judicious review of the case, the Court finds that the CA correctly ruled that petitioner voluntarily executed the resignation letter and that she failed to prove that she was coerced or intimidated to execute the same.
SO ORDERED." (REYES, J., JR., J., designated additional Member per S.O. No. 2587 dated August 28, 2018)
Very truly yours,
