NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated June 20, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11039 (Dr. Wilson B. Tan, complainant, v. Atty. Camelo D. Pidor, Jr., Respondent). — The Court resolves to NOTE:
(a) the letter 1 dated August 4, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), transmitting the documents pertaining to this case; and
(b) the Notice of Resolution 2 dated July 11, 2020 in CBD Case No. 16-5008 of the IBP Board of Governors.
The Court further resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the IBP Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 3 dated May 30, 2019, which was modified and approved by the IBP Board of Governors.
Accordingly, the Complaint 4 against respondent Atty. Camelo D. Pidor, Jr. is DISMISSED.
