Berto, in Her Capacity as Congressional Candidate in the Second Legislative District of Sulu of PDP-Laban vs. Commission on Elections, Benshar Estino, Abdulsali Asmadun, Al-Jihad Kadil, Mubassir Ipah, Benhur Tawasil, Tahil Hayudini, Mukattil A.
