NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 15 February 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. 12939 (Kaiser Christopher F. Tan v. Atty. Leticia E. Ala). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution 1 dated September 7, 2019 in CBD Case No. 16-4657 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which resolved to adopt with modification the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner dated June 19, 2018, and to dismiss the complaint 2 for lack of merit; transmitted by letter 3 dated October 8, 2020 of IBP Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records of the case. HTcADC
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the IBP in the attached Report and Recommendation, 4 as adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in the said Notice of Resolution. Accordingly, the Court dismisses the disbarment complaint against respondent Atty. Leticia E. Ala for lack of merit.
