Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated September 5, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13508 [Formerly CBD Case No. 19-5903] (Edgardo A. Tallado, complainantv. Atty. Archimedes O. Yanto, respondent). — The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated September 8, 2021, which was adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in the attached Notice of Resolution 2 in Resolution No. CBD-XXV-2022-03-42 dated March 18, 2022. The Complaint 3 against Atty. Archimedes O. Yanto is hereby DISMISSED.
